Unless specified otherwise(i.e. that a ticket is PDF which will be emailed, or Guestlist ticket which is to be collected on the door) IndustryTIX will post all tickets via Australia Post registered post. IndustryTIX will hold tracking number of each order dispatched for minimum of 4 weeks and maximum of 6 weeks (from purchase date) should you need tracking number if your ticket has not arrived within this timeframe.
Refunds, Exchanges and Replacement Tickets
InustryTIX does not issue an exchange or refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket. This also applies where a ticket does not arrive in the mail and you do not contact us within 6 weeks from your purchase to obtain tracking number. If your tickets are lost by Australia Post, you will not hold IndustryTIX liable for the loss and will not issue a chargeback to your purchase via your financial institution or Paypal and instead you will take up your claim with Australia Post if you choose to seek compensation for the lost tickets.
Occasionally, events are cancelled or postponed by the Presenter due to weather conditions or other situations which may affect the performers, staff or audience. If an event is cancelled, please contact IndustryTIX for information on receiving a refund.
It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket purchasers of the cancellation once we have received the relevant authorisation from the Presenter. We do not guarantee that ticket purchasers will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
Billing Information Verification
Orders are processed only after a billing address and other billing information has been verified. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery. In these cases, IndustryTIX customer service will attempt to contact you using the information provided at the time of purchase. If IndustryTIX is unable to reach you after its initial attempt, IndustryTIX may cancel your order and may sell your tickets to another customer.
Delivery of Tickets and Venue Pick Up
If you have selected delivery through the mail, please allow at least 14 days after your order is made to receive your tickets. IndustryTIX sends tickets to the billing address of the charge card holder. Occasionally, we receive incorrect billing or credit card account information for a ticket order that can delay processing and delivery.
