Introducing the 2 day music Extravaganza & Port Beach Fremantle! Spread across three days and two venues, the Port Beach Weekender will hit WA coastline in March 2017 to bring a music showcase of epic proportions!
The Weekender is the first of its kind to come to WA, and it will include our iconic parties Sets on the Beach, Sundown Sessions as well as a new addition of BAY-SS. We’re also teaming up with Coast Beach Club to deliver low cost & free events to ensure there is something everyone can enjoy.
BAY-SS will be the go-to summer party for the bass music enthusiast who wants to step out of the dark club and into the sunshine. Set across two stages on both the grass and sand at the picturesque Port Beach BAY-SS will deliver word class acts to a party setting that cannot be beaten.

‘Sets’ is back in a BIG way and our new Port Beach home lets us bring so much more to the table! More space, more stages, more bars, more tunes, beach chill zones, babe stations, ridiculous views, hidden treasures and oh so much more.
Stereosonic founder Richie McNeill has unveiled plans to launch two new festivals.
When asked by Mixmag what he was working on, for an upcoming feature on Australia’s festival scene, McNeill revealed: “I am launching a new festival in December (and) have a camping festival launching next year. Heaps of tours. Heaps of new events. You’ll just have to wait and see. Can’t let too much out of the bag.”
Since he and Stereosonic co-founder Frank Cotela sold Totem Onelove, the company they set up to run the festival, to SFX Entertainment in 2013, McNeill has worked in different roles within the company. However, he was not involved with Stereo in 2014 or 2015.
